At Ortofon, we strive for precision and excellence in every audio component. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your Ortofon account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all styli guards, manuals, and accessories, then pack it into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label or address your package to our quality control center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the high-precision components, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
